• Standardize procedure by defining process flow, creating documents and conducting training

• Coordinate engineering change procedure

• Communicate Vendor, Purchasing and Production Department for electrical, mechanical or firmware update

• Prepare templates for drawings, procedure, work instructions and forms

• Ensure new design and revised designs are controlled

• Update the BOM in ERP and ensure the new revisions are up-to-date in the release directory

• Conduct time study and analyze output using Yamazumi and balance time among stations

• Communicate to Customer, Project Engineer and Quality Department for required engineering change

• Release new parts for production and provide support to Production and Quality department for PPAP/FA  

• Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications

• Compare the quoted machining time with the actual time and update the calculation formula of machining time

• Act as the Document Control Coordinator of the plant i.e. ensure documents are being maintained according to ISO 9001
